The training on the use of the new national crew practical operation evaluation management system was held online

On August 22, 2023, the operation and use training of the new national crew practical operation evaluation management system was successfully held online. The training was organized by the Maritime Safety Bureau of the Ministry of Transport and carried out by the Guangdong Maritime Safety Bureau. As the development unit of the new version of the system, our center provided systematic professional course explanation and troubleshooting services for this training. More than 300 crew practical evaluation examiners and evaluators from the national maritime management agencies, shipping enterprises, navigation training colleges and institutions participated in the training.

The development of the new version of the system is to further promote the reform of crew examination management and further strengthen the evaluation management of crew practical operation. The new version of the system has a more reasonable and convenient operation process, more precise management of assessors, and more comprehensive evaluation process records. It has realized the information-based management of the entire process of crew operational evaluation for the first time, ensuring that crew evaluation is more objective, fair and just, and improving the efficiency of crew evaluation management.
